Do you guys have any tips for going dairy-free? I've kind of been dairy-free for a while, but I always just have cheat days all the time, which is not super terrible, but I'm trying to be stricter with the diet. I usually just have oat milk. I really like oat milk, but when I eat out and stuff, that's when I end up having dairy, I feel like.
So I'm only saying this like as I used to be a health coach and personal trainer but like do you have a what's your reason you don't have to answer it but like in your mind like what's your reason for going dairy free because like if you always have cheat days like it's kind of saying that like you don't really want to be there every do you have to for like medical reasons Sorry I don't have any really tips but like if you don't have to be completely dairy free but you just want it to like help
Sorry if that cut off at the end I was saying like allowing yourself to have a little every day might stop you from wanting to have those cheat days constantly
