Do you prioritize your sleep I am such a grandma like seriously I got to be in bed 930 or I am so grumpy the next day so I'm wondering if you prioritize your sleep how much sleep you got yeah
I am the exact same way I have to be in bed by nine like I am just so exhausted and tired from the day that I am just ready for bed I am zonked so yes I definitely prioritize my sleep because if I don't get a good nights sleep I am not good the next day
Say a prioritize sleep to a certain extent but you know sometimes I would way rather just be awake but at the same time I'll like get up early but then have a nap in the day so I think that I still get the same on asleep as most people just in multiple spurts as opposed to one solid chunk
Definitely I'm such a big sleep girl like I take my sleep so seriously I don't wake up if I don't get a late hour to sleep I mean I do if I need to but if I don't get more than eight then I'm like super cranky so I do take it very slow seriously
I take it so seriously too now, like just like the feeling of not getting enough sleep is the the worst feeling ever and so I never let myself get there anymore.
Are used to go to bed every night by 10 o'clock and that was like really good for me and I have gotten out of that habit and I've been staying up later like till like 11 and I really want to stop doing that because I don't feel super great the next day and it takes me a while to like get going so I definitely prioritize my sleep but I could be doing better
Unfortunately, not nowadays. My life is a big headache right now. but hopefully in the summer months when I'm not going to be a student anymore, I'll be able to.
No not at all I think I should and I think we're guilty of being on my phones too much so yeah I yeah actually bad I was go to bed at like 3 am I'm always on my phone is the star banana maybe the sound by is the reminder I needed to prioritise my sleep more
