Do you guys eat breakfast or do you usually skip it I know people do intermittent fasting that's pretty popular or they just get too caught up in the day so bad about eating breakfast I guess I don't really eat breakfast during breakfast time I wake up around 7:30 and I don't have brunch until 11 1130 so I don't know if I would count that as breakfast or not but I do eat breakfast foods so yeah I wanted to ask

I love breakfast it is my favorite meal of the day I eat the exact same thing every single day and it's just some thing that I look forward to I love routine and consistency and so that's just my favorite meal and it's super basic it's just eggs coffee and milk and I love it

I eat breakfast every single morning and I absolutely have to like I never skip it because if I do my entire mood is thrown off for the entire day And I work out so I need to make sure that I eat breakfast that way I can get ahead on my calories and and meet my calorie and protein goal by the end of the day.

I've always been really really bad anything breakfast I like to some not hungry like when I wake up like right away it takes a few hours and then most the time anyway like I'm always running behind I just don't have time to make myself a breakfast and even if I do you like mustard I'm just not hungry

I used to skip it and then I realized my cortisol levels were messed up because my first meal would not be until like 2 p.m. Which is horrible and so I've been trying to eat breakfast everyday except it's still not as early as I was prefer it to be but yes I do eat it

Yes typically I do skip breakfast but the only times I don't as if I'm going to work out or if I am not too lazy to make a smoothie is not so much about laziness is really the noise of the blender I don't really like but the only way

I don't eat like full-blown breakfast but I'll have like some fruit or like a bug some kind of snack bar or something protein bar or you know something small but not like full-blown like breakfast platters
