There's always some kind of food trending in the fitness industry a couple years ago I know it was kale and everyone was super into the kale chips but I don't see it as much anymore and then I feel like it was avocados on toast I mean it is a very superior food but I am I'm not sure what's popular right now I guess like micro those little cute micro greens have you guys been into any health food trends or which ones have you been seeing lately

Right, it definitely used to be kale and I feel like avocados are kind of having their time. I don't know what the most current one is though right now. I'll have to get back to you on that

Some help me posted I like to enjoy her apples oranges watermelon I really enjoy bananas this is some of the fruits and vegetables I like would be considered such as broccoli I also like cauliflower those are really delicious as well Jamie
