This is definitely a no-brainer it's proteins shakes 100% because pre-work out I don't like the energy business where they give you a lot of nutritional or muscle value whereas protein shakes you literally need the protein to grow and even if you're not like chugging it or like having a lot of it at least it's helping you in someway
