Do you guys cook with Teflon or stainless steel pans I've been trying to use the stainless steel pans more often because Teflon has a lot of harmful chemicals in it that are linked to diseases and I still don't know why Teflon is allowed to be sold on shelves in America it's crazy
So I recently started cooking more on cast-iron I do have those nonstick pans I try not to use them as often supposed to be a non-toxic version of it but I find that I'm using the cast-iron the flavour is really good and there's also like no risk to my health using them it is a little bit trickier washing them but once you get used to it that would be my biggest recommendation I haven't really had too much experience using stainless steel but I think it would be better than those Teflon ones
I don't use Teflon either for that exact reason. My mom told me about it. So I did buy some Teflon like pots and pansets but then I got rid of it after my mom told me that. So I just use stainless steel now.
