So for the longest time I have been absolutely fascinated with the idea of the the Metaverse, the actual physical manifestation if you will, of avatars in a Metaverse. And now I have been pretty clear on my opinion on this since the beginning. I found it to be a terrible idea as did clearly the rest of the world and and I can't think of much else where literally billions have gone into something that has had close to zero output. But I'm extremely curious to see if there's anyone here who's actually tried it, who has had an avatar in the metaverse, who has actual experience with it to just learn about it because I quite frankly refuse to try it if it's even an option anymore. Um, do let me know.

No, I actually haven't tried it. I mean I really want to get a VR headset but not for the whole metaverse. I feel like it's all a gimmick, right? I mainly want to use VR for gaming purposes, but that's just me.
