I've always been fascinated by, well, social medias in general, by the idea of zombie scrolling. So essentially the scrolling mindlessly and aimlessly through God knows how much content, just for the satisfaction of keeping yourself busy, finding a few laughs, bit of news, bit of updates, some pictures from others. It's something that I find myself doing not so much in social media because I'm not really too bothered what other people are up to. Um, but on apps like nine gag or anything that gives me a bit of an escape from. Daily life and I think when I do find myself just aimlessly scrolling and just. Well, spending time, you know, it's something that actually serves a purpose. Because most people, they think of this as sort of a waste of time. And I'm purposely not saying that because to me, it helps my mental health being able to disconnect. And I'm not really able to do that by putting away things or just walking outside because I won't be able to distract my brain. If I'm left without something to do, I can't just breathe and think of nothing. Zombie scrolling helps me distract my brain from all the things that I may have running through there and all that. So I actually really appreciate it. Now, obviously there's a limit to how much time you should be spending on it and so on, but for me, it's a useful tool. And I use it during the day for a good of bed. And by the way, I can post on this if it's interesting, but the whole, don't use your screens, et cetera. there's quite a bit of myth attached to that before you go to bed. But yeah, let me know what you think and how you use this. And if you think it's a danger to society or if you think that is something can actually actually be useful this time we're scrolling and I'll chat to you soon
