I have a question for everybody who has any experience with these scales that claim to sort of map out your body fat percentage, your muscle, whatever it might be. I mean I've used to working out most of my life and never had one of these quite frankly because I just don't understand and how it can be so accurate. But am I just completely off of the skill? What a pun. Or is that something that actually works? Please do let me know because I might consider getting one if anybody has any solid reviews on it.
So in university I had them use these machines to assess how adapt I would be for certain activities that I can't discuss but yeah it's according to them it was accurate according to the people within the industry my question for you is what purpose would it serve for you if your goals are met already when it comes to an aesthetic
Well, my goals aren't necessarily entirely metal already. I used to be very, very... well, I used to be very athletic. I used to be very caught up with fitness and working on all that when I had much more time on my hands. Now I'm kind of getting back into it, and I would like to also include the body fat percentage and dieting restrictions in there. And yeah, if this works, then I'd use that as sort of a... APIs.
Can do you need a major break from the world if you're going to use your body and and talk about changes in the body the lines of KPI's can't what are you doing when was the last time you took a holiday when was the last time you took a break when was the last time you did something that didn't involve advice But I got it I got it good luck
Yeah fair play. So perhaps we could say that in order just for sort of regular normal person use they're probably accurate enough to get out of it what we need out of it just sort of a measure of where we are and how we're improving, but perhaps not for professional use.
