I actually have been down syndrome free for two years I think I had to go to chemo and radiation therapy and it took a while but we got rid of the down syndrome I feel a lot better

Well when I first got down syndrome I got it from my nephew because he drank after some other guy got it and so I got it because he sneezed and I got it started to sneeze all over my face I got down syndrome

So it actually took me a really long time to seek out help for my mental health disorder, but I'm currently in therapy and I swear by it, I honestly think that it is actually very much needed getting things off your chest. I used to be a person that didn't believe that.

Well I've been on medication for the past year and I actually got off recently and it was really bad so I'm starting it again and yeah I like to see a therapist and do the self work outside of therapy

I feel like if it is debilitating you from everyday tasks and living, definitely seek professional help. what I find works for me in my adult age now.

As I typically need an Usa break for myself, I love to camp. So if I'm on the fucking breaking point of a breakdown of any sort, I just go camping for three to four days.

Now, I feel that if you're trying to reprogram new belief systems into your body and you're suffering through heavy disorders, when I was younger I went through major depression and eating disorders, therapy helped me a lot.

I really think people should spend more time working on their mental health and fixing it because we've seen a lot of people not do that and it definitely is being a talking point not just at home but at work as well work life balance matters

I think taking the time out for yourself is most important to do things like meditation and even to ask help from a close friend or your spouse. I don't really believe in depression.

When I'm feeling particularly sad or anxious, after my initial freakout, I'll calm down, write things down like what's bothering me, what I'm going to do about it, structure my day and maybe work out.
