A couple weeks ago I decided to start choosing one day of my weekend to do a social media cleanse sometimes I choose both Saturday and Sunday where I just like will go on I'll go on Instagram quickly on one of those days just to check my messages but other than that I don't use it or I just choose one day to like solidly and not use it and this is help my mental health so much I recommend it and I think everyone should be doing it choose one day a week and just commit to not being on it it's so peaceful
