Now I think we all know with fall coming soon we're going to be eating a lot of soups to warm us up against this cold weather, especially us that live up north. So how do you top your soups? Do you use crackers? I posted my recent soup topping which was Cheez-Its, it's so delicious. Do you use like wonton strips or tortilla chips or Ritz crackers? I don't know. Or do you do cheese? I top my soup up depending on the soup. If it's tomato soup, rather than putting vast amounts of cheese on top, I choose mozzarella with crushed black pepper and crushed garlic. If I'm doing vegetable soup, it's crusty bread, stale crusty bread, croutons. If I do other soups, it just depends on the soup.
