Now, being the creature of cleanliness and order that I am, if I had found that and other foodstuffs under the bed, I would have flushed them down the toilet and thrown away the wrappers and then I would have sought food. I would have killed any idea I had for eating. I would have killed my appetite. But I wouldn't have left it there. I would have flushed it.
