When I was little I found like it was really important to find a kind of music and like be into it because kids really fucking judge you on that but as an adult I find that like music just really isn't very important to me. I know that sounds terrible.

It's either coping stemming or motivation most of the time is stemming though like I listen to one song maybe five times a day for like a week and then stop it I don't know stopping cause it brings like some type of euphoria to my brain

What is a big hole my wife personally it's inspired me to make a log drawing and she's worked out actually like it really pushing through and workouts why I know I need that done and it just helps me calm down a stressful situation so he'll start my life daily
