Yes, and I think that that is a generational thing. Like, I've spoken before about my parents when I grew up were very much like, you don't talk about your problems, they get swept under the carpet. Whereas I like to think nowadays there's a lot more conversation surrounding young people's feelings and mental health and it's, it's, I hope it's better for them.
