Everybody's going to want to say the positive side, but honestly we always feed the negative. We struggle with feeding the positive side because we are too relaxed in the negative. We are more comfortable with negativity than we are with positivity. Positivity has to be earned, and so therefore it's harder to feed. But shout out to this post, very in-depth.
