yeah honestly makes that skin glow too I think it's really good especially if you're always someone who you know maybe spends a lot of time too much time outdoors or indoors it's a good a balancer

Glad you did. I applied it to the oatmeals and cereals immediately, but the first time it was sold to me, it was actually, I just had it on its own. I really had no problem with it. But then one of the vendors at the farmer's market started utilizing that in a smoothie form with blue spirulina and manna clara and all this other like granulated greens. It's a blessing, man. Sea moss is expensive, but definitely worth it.
