Good morning stereo and stereo family. I just wanted to drop a few affirmations here for you this morning. I think that sometimes as we get our day going we forget to talk nice to ourselves and you should do that. My favorite one is I am worthy of love that is consistent and doesn't leave me confused. That's my favorite one on here. Let me know what is your morning conversation. How do you talk nice to yourself? How do you get yourself going? I am worthy of a love that is consistent, I deserve to be in a relationship in which I can be completely myself, I deserve someone who will take care of and protect my mind, heart, body, and soul. And I am worthy of a love that is consistent and doesn't leave me confused, girl. I'm reading this as they come and it's like, yes, yes, pour it into my cup, keep on giving it. You know what? I really didn't love these, right? Love that is consistent. I deserve to be in a relationship where I wish I could completely be myself. That's my favorite one right now, too. That's another one. To be able to just be yourself, let your guard down, be a little goofy, be a little serious. Be a little nerdy, whatever it is, but it's you. And you don't have to walk on next shows or pretend to be anybody else. And that person lets you be, and they're fucking with it. Yeah, thank you.

I actually start off the day by giving thanks and then once I give thanks, if something comes up that I need affirmations for myself, I always try to replace the negative thoughts with positive thoughts.
