It's not my elbow my one side of my elbow went down into my forearm with the tendons in the other side slid up into my life tricep and I had like a mini arm for a little while

I fractured my ankle I'm not that bad for a lot of people but for me it was terrible that's the worst I ever had just trying to dunk in Atlanta or someone's foot

I shattered my ankle wrestling the big weight bearing bone in the back of your ankle took 10 months to recuperate no weight for 10 months and then crutches horrible unbelief

So I was at a volleyball tournament one year in Tennessee and I was playing outside my position and I went to go hit the ball over the night and I tore my rotator in my shoulder painful as fo bro

Did the worst and Jeff it was probably a concussion their football I've had a concussion hydration and Ian football but the worst and Jeff gave somebody is a broken somebody spinal cord I broke somebody's arm leg I want to give them a concussion no I haven't
