I think Apple definitely is more aesthetically pleasing and Microsoft may have more options in terms of software they carry and professional is oh my gosh I don't know I feel like Microsoft is more broad

I would say Microsoft, Apple is just a brand that people buy for like name recognition. Apple kind of sucks to be honest.
