yeah bunny J that's the way to do it get out there get active I'm super active I do about 20,000 steps a day I work in an office now which I don't like as much because I used to do landscaping and I'd be outside all the time but I got to stay active and got to get my steps in every day so yeah peace and blessings

I'm enjoying the summer as well. It's a little more dry than I'm used to. I do kind of miss the rain. My grass is looking pretty brown right now. Not too happy about that. But you know, other than that, yes I do enjoy going on hikes. I haven't been on a hike though in a year, so I need to get myself back out there. But yeah, shout out to you. You're looking good. No, not really. Not really summer hikes. Or any hikes. The last hike I did was on the Appalachian Trail. That was kind of wild.
