So there's like a huge craze right now with people doing ice baths and also just anything that involves cold Things so let's settle this debate hot or cold showers because I'm team cold showers I know that might be an unpopular opinion I just don't understand why people love steam and heat and stuff like that Like I feel like for cold showers, it just gets me moving It gets me in and out and you know, I can just go on with my day and especially in the summer It's really refreshing. I want to why I enjoy cold showers right now it's because our AC unit is broken and it's hot like 90° in the house and we are sweating so that's only so I start why I started using cold showers and it really helps and it wakes you up and I heard that cold showers let you live longer but otherwise I prefer hot showers
