So the UK is experiencing a blast from the Antarctic as it's been cold with snow and rain and very cold temperatures and I know how it impacts me it makes me really slow keeps me down to be honest I just wanted to know would you guys think does this word I meet people in the UK depressed and sad

Yeah, there was a really affect mental health a lot, but last summer in the UK it was really good So let's just hope for the best for this summer but yeah just stay strong guys I know it's hard but you can do it
