So the United Kingdom has made it illegal now for anybody who witnesses child abuse to not report it. Essentially making you in a way complicit in the act if you fail to say anything about it. Which to be honest, I completely agree with. As the old saying goes, it's not just the person who does the act that is guilty, It's also the person who does nothing to stop it.
