I think uh, blame is the sounds. A no judgment zone.

I think it really depends on what culture you were brought up in because some are very damaging and it's like well be a man don't cry so you have to go through a lot of self-discovery to get through that if you've gone...

if you've been brought up in that sort of environment your whole life. So yeah I mean it's just finding the right person I guess and being prepared to change your mindset.

It doesn't take, really doesn't take anything at all. Nowadays, mostly men are feminine, and they're talking about their feelings left, right and center.

They're talking about how they want to be a female or a transgender person. You know, so many things. Some people want to be things. They want to be addressed.

They want to be addressed by different kind of new pronouns. So they are talking and that is the actual trouble.

Real men, real man, real men rather, don't talk about the feelings, they hone the feelings.

They take control of the feelings and they use the feelings for their own benefits. Real men are not bothered by the feelings.

Hence, they're called men. Right, that's the definition of a man. He is untouched by the feelings, yet he uses the feelings.

He writes the feelings like horses to get to the destination that he wants to get to is beyond feelings, more important than feelings.

Definitely less violence. How about no violence? But they need a space where they can be comfortable enough to be vulnerable to somebody who will listen and understand and not tease or judge them.

Peace Twixie. Thank you so much for even talking about these type of things and bringing these things to the forefront. It's very important. We ignore it so much. You know I'm huge on men's mental health. We're actually bringing back that podcast today at 1.30 Central Time. Much love.

Thank you so much, 1.30 Central Time. I'll be tuning in. It's important. It's a concept that, you know, doesn't need to stop. Just keeps the knee going.

I think there's been imprinted in men and women's heads that men have to be the defender, have to be the provider, and the vulnerability in men is not considered as masculine. And that's why I think that men are not considered as masculine.

That had been a burden that stopped a man, a mutant man, from expressing themselves properly about feelings because you will be much likely to consider the gay.

So we're afraid of being judged by people but now I'll tell you some fact that today more and more women are really um are liking those guys who could show their vulnerability.
