I'm not a fan of it, but my wife and I are really considering switching to it because we drink way too much soda and we feel like that would make even the slightest difference.
So I actually used to be obsessed with diet coke. I used to have it 12 cans a day. I have a big obsession. I have stopped. I have stopped for two years. I was literally addicted to it.
Now actually I find a lot of those types of sodas have ingredients that are super iffy. I pretty much just drink like sparkling water or Zevia which is sweetened with stevia so it is zero calorie but it's not bad.
So I used to literally be addicted to Diet Coke growing up and I stopped drinking it for probably 10 years and then after I had my daughter I really cut back on wine and so now I'm drinking Diet Coke again and I definitely drinking.
