OK mamas do you feel like the household and child care duties are split evenly between you and the other adults or adults in your household or do you feel like you take on a majority of the responsibilities in my house I feel like I definitely take on majority responsibilities although over the past few years I've gotten better about Assigning duties out to my husband and just asking him like sitting time to get on the same page and say I am overwhelmed need you to do and usually when I ask when I'm not coming from a place of stress he's in happy to take them and it doesn't even realize I'm feeling overwhelmed but I'm definitely the house manager and childcare manager for sure

My partner gets deployed for work so majority of the time it's just me and my son so no. But once he is home I feel like I get so lazy and I make him do everything so it's not fair but it makes sense.
