So it is officially mental health awareness month I was wondering what you guys are doing to focus on your mental health this month maybe more than other months I know for me like life is just been so freaking stressful this year So I am just focusing on finding peace and a little moments I was actually thinking of doing like a little challenge to give you the 30 day every day this month like I have a couple little checkpoints like track my happy juice get at least a 20 minute walk and spend 20 minutes out in the sunshine journal gratitude let me know if anybody would be interested in doing a little challenge together

I'm trying to write every day for 20 minutes. It's not going great. What are we on May 4th? But I'm gonna try to be better. I mean writing is Important and I think it just like helps you jot your thoughts down for like the week today the year whatever you want or Sometimes just even like writing it to-do list is like just helpful to think like what do you want to accomplish in the day? So that's gonna be my personal checkpoint Check in at the end of the month and see how we all do.
