How many hours a day do you spend on your phone?

So many, I think probably like too much, but I try to take as much breaks as I can in between.

Probably three. Because of how my work hours are.

According to my screen time, I'm anywhere between five to nine hours of screen time a day, which is not surprising because I'm basically on my phone all day while I'm dialing out.

All I'm gonna say is too many fucking hours. I spend too much time with technology in general per day, but that's also part of my job, so I kinda can't avoid it.

I want to say probably around three to four hours a day.

Well, my screen time says it's about like 5 to 6 hours.
