So for me usually like when I'm like irritable that means I'm kind of angry and I've got some underlying issues that I really need to figure out am I clean my house I take it out of my house like I deep clean that shit like really crazy like but if I'm like really really angry I mean it like I want to kick somebody's ass like I'm gonna go find some thing high energy like I am going to try to run or I will try to go kickboxing

Holy shit I want to think I can relate to someone more in my fucking life same girl like honestly same as fuck like when I'm feeling Hella annoyed when I'm pissed when someone's trying to talk to me and I'm not trying to talk to them when I'm like your word bro if I'm feeling irritable as fuck I just clean my house I either clean my house or I have a really bad habit smoking too which is not a good thing and I just got I gave up a few days ago but I got back into it

Honestly when I'm feeling anxious I react differently than everyone else because I have severe anxiety which makes me have severe panic attacks but usually I have no control over my body but when if I have a minor one that's not severe way it leads me to the emergency room I always think about some thing else or listen to music or watch two thoughts and take my mind off of things

I think most of the times I like to punch a door or kick the door, kick the door is better. Fucking kick it so hard that you can see it's flying out from the fucking doorknobs. This is awesome.

So I learned I'm a cracker. If I push my head to the side long enough you get like this deep satisfying bone spine crack. So I just crack. Like I don't even do it on purpose but I will start cracking my joints and I'm not I'm less agitated. It doesn't help all the way. Please don't do this. It's not healthy and my physical and therapeutics before it.

Wow. It just makes me think of like all the things my chiropractor was like, don't do, don't do, don't do that. Don't do that. I'm like, but it feels good. And I like the noise kind of sorta like, um, but you know, there is the true satisfaction of those chairs. Remember when we were high school and you could like bend the chair backwards a little bit and crack your back and it would be like, beep, beep, boop, boop. Yeah. I don't have one of those chairs. Oh

but on the opposite side what you can do that helps you well that helps me feel better that might help other people is like I just call it belly breathing like I force myself to inhale and I make my stomach grow like it's a balloon like instead of like letting your chest rise and fall like we normally do force it like into your stomach and then I don't know I learned it through YouTube videos those right?

I agree with the belly breathing it does help like it's so amazing to me how just by taking that one moment like five seconds and then it will say and just not even a minute 30 seconds in times of just like breathing in hell exhale and exhale If I am for myself like sometimes I just shake it out just in yoga I want my teachers like to shake it out who cares who's watching just shake it out girlfriend shake it out

This movement, so this movement involves your hands and your mouth. So basically it's like you take a paper and then you take this plant and then this plant you roll it up in this paper and then the paper wraps up the plant base, obviously because it's in the cone, like a cone shape. OK so if I can say this quickly are used to be a yoga bitch and him and then continued on at home you know through pandemic and whatever and then stop and then back again and I realize that it felt like I was just doing it because it was the thing to do and then I was cleaning with Janet and I was dancing in my husbands like you're such a great dancer and I'm like I know right and I was so happy in the movement and now I just dance like fuck everybody
