What sounds help you relax whether that's music played by pan flute or a regular flute or Ocean wave sounds or Rain Sounds or train tracks sounds what do you listen to to relax I was having trouble falling asleep last night and now I'm very invested in getting a lot of relaxation sounds and songs up my sleeve and I would love to know What are you listen to if you're trying to relax

I will say that my massage therapist used to play Enya. That's not my particular jam, but it works in a pitch.
