I would have answered this very differently a few years ago, but instrumentals have become vital, a vital part of my life. I can listen to books or audio if I need words.

I feel you poetry could definitely scratch that that itch for sure and I have like sung in languages that I don't understand before so do I really need to like make words?

Instrumentals all day. That is just something I can always get down with because you don't have to have a song that has lyrics for it to be good.

That's fair, a lot of relaxation music. Doesn't have lyrics and is just instrumental. I could see that it could be very peaceful.

Instrumental, like all the way, because each day you could make up a new song yourself in your head instead of it being, you know, like an earworm that's killing you, hearing the same thing over and over. You could play with it.

I hear that you get words stuck in your head a lot and that is annoying for you. So in that sense, I see why instrumentals would be an advantage.
