Would you rather do an indoor workout or an outdoor workout? I think I would much rather do an indoor workout because the I guess the environment and the temperature is always the same Where outside it can be either too cold or too hot.
Outdoor workout always sounds so much nicer than indoor unless it's really hot outside then of course indoor but outdoor it's just so much fresher so much more relaxing I want the sunlight I want the breeze
I like outdoor workouts. I know a lot of people in my city they run down to like the museum, workout around the museum even though it's like not in the weights and stuff.
No work out but if it's summer I still want to do an indoor workout because it's just like set conditions and I already have my routine already wrote out so yeah
I feel like both in proportion is good because your body needs sunlight to like live. But also I don't like being seen by people if I can avoid it. I like being indoors and doing my shit, you know?
