Can someone explain to me how this newbie section on the site works whenever I click on it says blank and it says a click here to add a sound I don't have that means that I have to add some thing first before I see Contin on it but I don't really know what the purpose of it is

This is literally the same question I have You know I want to Mountain Avenue this in Ennis it's as soon as a Panini like the only way this audio showed up is because I went on the hashtag part and then I'm typing you hashtag newbie and then this is like one of the videos are shut up there so that's why that's how I found out about this video

So yesterday the newbie tab was working just fine like I could go to it and there were tons of sound ****s and I hadn't like engaged much on the app or made a sound **** and there was just a whole bunch and then today like I can't open up anything there's like one sound **** that's it and can't look at any others. It's the strangest thing.
