I actually am on a fitness journey wellness journey I'm not fixated on becoming a smalls version of myself but Maurice of the strongest version and with that comes mental challenges and emotional working through all that so it's a work in progress

My advice would be first to get a personal trainer or a friend so they can help keep you on your goals because you need to do it yourself. It's harder to stay with it, but if you got somebody that's there pushing you to get it done and we'll encourage you and you'll have a lot better chance.

My advice would be just first of all if you're not in the right head space just quite clear your head first and the second of all consistency is the key to whatever you do in life to be fair so if you can like understand how to be consistent then everything else will follow later if that makes sense.

Thanks for the message album I can sleep personal trainers don't even need one exam and 50 find out the gym just like to say more light will there be how healthy eating soft has been struggling to keep it apart from the gym Waze I'm doing alright with that

Drink lots of water get your body moving every day in a positive mindset try to be your motivate yourself that's the hardest part bro your wake up and say I'm gonna fucking do it I'm gonna kick ass I'm gonna do it

Oh here's one self improvement tip that I use I use a timer for everything because I get easily distracted so I feel like if I just tell myself like for 15 seconds I'm gonna do crunches or for one minute I'm gonna plank or less than a third it's better than just saying OK I'm gonna do this and then I can't distract it and don't do it at all
