I have smoothies or apples and peanut butter or having like hummus and veggies. Those are kind of my go-tos. Sometimes chia, putting with fruit and veggies or fruit in it if it's like a hot summer day and I want something cool.

I really like like a small salad. Just like a little side salad. Maybe throw some chickpeas in there and it's super satisfying.
