I love mango. I haven't had a good one in a while and that's a good post-workout snack I like to usually have actually I tend to have like a meal so I'll have like a sandwich with like turkey and then the veggies and then usually fruit too, but oh my god That make-up sounds good.
I have smoothies or apples and peanut butter or having like hummus and veggies. Those are kind of my go-tos. Sometimes chia, putting with fruit and veggies or fruit in it if it's like a hot summer day and I want something cool.
