I always carry my water bottle that has like marks on it like what is it called like ounces mark so I know how much I'm drinking and I can make sure I'm drinking enough and my holistic doctor told me about these charcoal pills which are really good help detoxify when you're eating in a different country or just eating out consistently when you have it for a while so it's like I've been eating at home for three months and haven't had fast food so if I was going to trip now I would take those just cause I haven't had those extra foods

I always make sure to bring my vitamins. I'll be mindful of my water intake, and then whenever I go out to eat somewhere, I don't always eat the best on vacation, but I try to be mindful and eat something sort of healthy. Like, if I notice I haven't had very many vegetables, I'll get something with vegetables.

That's a good question I can't wait to hear some responses because I feel like it's very hard to do that especially when you're going to cities that don't cater to healthy lifestyles which is most of the United States so yeah

Honestly, path experience wise, I've never really tried to stay healthy while traveling. I just let everything happen as it goes I guess. I don't really plan anything but for the future I think I'm gonna start trying to be more healthy a lot of trouble.

So I travel quite a bit on the way I do it is that if I visit another city I go to the grocery supermarket and get a bunch of the stuff like my staple things I'm gonna eat every day and I'll see your fruits what are breakfast bars things like that that you know like you need to have in your system and then as you are travelling and it's harder to eat just make sure that you're eating at good intervals and having healthy solid music Animoji a long time because is high

So for me when it comes down to it is always eating right always make sure you put the right things in your body are staying high on veggies and fruits and things like that and don't wait until you have to travel to make sure that you're doing those things just make it a lifestyle
