When you are starting to feel sad about something, how do you overcome that feeling? I mean, do you allow yourself to remain sad through the whole day or what do you use or what do you say or do to stop that feeling?
Um, I definitely let my, like, feel my feelings. I don't avoid it. I'll sit in it, but then I'll do something that makes me happy or makes me feel better.
Well, it's hard for me to feel sad, and I imagine the only time I do is when I think of my loved ones that I've lost. But then I remember all the good times.
A bullet, nah just kidding. Usually I just distract myself like I'll play video games or watch YouTube or whatever but I would never drink because I'll never drink and be depressed. That's a bad combo.
Okay, I'm just gonna go first on this and sometimes I just tend to overthink every situation and then start looking for the solutions as soon as possible.
But I did not allow myself to feel that way for so long because that would be one of the reasons that I'm not productive that day and if I'm not productive I then feel guilty.
