I don't think age is the answer, but if I were to answer I'd say like 30s to 40s I think you'd have to if you're able to fully operate your own fucking business making 80k a year Then you're more than qualified to raise children.

To explain more, running a business is stressful. You gotta understand time management. You gotta be in control of your emotions, etc, etc, etc. So it's fucked up to bring a kid in the world if you're fucking poor.
