Okay, I just wanted to do kind of a mental health check-in. I know I have been struggling very bad lately but I still want to ask how you guys are doing and we can just chat in the comments and help each other out.
So one of my goals this year was to make myself a priority to do things that I love to do outside of being a mom And since I started doing that I found that I'm more happier I'm less stressed, and I just enjoy it overall and it's been helping with my mental health.
I agree with this one. Always make sure you've got time for yourself to make yourself happy. Life as a mum needs to be a happy mum, not a sad, miserable mum that passes on to her child.
I love these mental health check-ins. I am mentally not doing okay. It has been a tough week. I just feel like really triggered and just more snappy than usual. I don't know if my menstrual cycle's coming or what the heck.
