Hey, so I'd like to get your guys opinion on something. In order to target the long head of the bicep, what exercise do you prefer doing? Do you prefer doing cable raises or do you prefer doing seated dumbbell raises? Because I find every exercise that has to do with cables a little more effective. They target my muscles better. So yeah, I'd like to get your opinion on that.
