So I've never tried a vegan diet but I have a lot of friends that are vegan and I just want to know in your stance if you've tried it if you felt any better if you lost weight how did this vegan journey go for you let me know
So hey Chris and I used to be vegan and I feel like I was in for one arm healthwise I felt like I was like so energetic on my skin with my skin is already beautiful but I thought it was more beautiful and I just felt good like overall I just feel really good and I was able to maintain my weight better as well so it's not bad being vegan
Hi Chris I currently eat a raw vegan diet and I would say it's like 90% raw so sometimes I will eat cooked food but for the most part it's pretty raw and I love eating this way I feel so good in my body my mind feels clear my skin is clear I'm like I think I look pretty good like I love it I feel like this is the way I meant to eat
For me personally I've never tried a vegan diet as well I don't get vegan I don't know how you don't like me or chicken you have no soul that's crazy I don't like white meat red meat you can love some meat
Man add out when I started to be vegan someone came at someone spoke to me and said Bruh it's not for everybody and I was like oh man don't doubt me and I did it for three years and then I looked up and I lost like 60 pounds and I was like damn I think he was right but I didn't necessarily do it the best I wasn't that informed veganism wasn't as popular as it is now so it wasn't many options but I'm not vegan anymore but I tried it lost lotta weight won't do it again
Honestly it feels really good it's kind of hard it froze it's gonna take you a couple times before you can fully just turn vegan but it's like when you don't eat me no more or you don't feel as sluggish as you used to you know it's not like one of those things where it's like you're tired oh Eating vegan food has a lot of what is less weight that sits on your stomach so you feel good
So I've definitely tried the vegan diet for a little bit of time because I had a roommate that went vegan to help with like a medical issue she was dealing with and I personally my body could not get the nutrition that it needed from being vegan because I was doing it when I was a collegiate athlete as well and I really didn't feel any healthier and I definitely didn't need to be losing weight so I definitely had all of that happened to me by trying to vegan diet nuts it's not saying that it's bad it just didn't work
