My son has extreme separation anxiety.

My oldest doesn't really have separation anxiety by all of a sudden he's doing this thing where he won't go in a room by himself at all but during the day the lights give me on whatever I thought it was just something about the dark

It cut me off, but I thought it was something to do with the dark. And it's not, he just keeps saying I don't want to be in a room by myself. I'm hoping it's just a phase, but it's a little hard because he's following mama everywhere.
