I definitely feel this, even if I'm exhausted. It's like my brain just goes on hyper overdrive, worrying about things, thinking, you know, mom guilt, all that. It's super, super annoying. Yeah.
I haven't really found something that works. I should try melatonin. I actually have not. I don't know if it's safe when you're breastfeeding. I'll have to look into that. But I will definitely try melatonin.
