I want to know a lot of people are promoting drinking water and having huge water bottles and tracking how much you drink water. Do you think this is like a form of diet culture or is it a way that people are trying to promote fitness? Because I know for myself when I drink a lot of water you do lose weight and you're also hydrating yourself. I wanna know Europe.
I think it's just staying healthy to be honest because all I drink really is water and spray or sierra mist store whatever you call your lemon lime beverage so I think it's normal and I think that it's not diet it's just that people drink it like I drink water just cause I enjoy water I don't really like anything else other than water I may be weird babe
