So tomorrow is my birthday and I'll be 39 my last year of my 30s before 40 who is I'm really excited to not work a lot tomorrow actually have a client meeting but I'm really excited it's a celebratory meeting and And then I'm gonna go get a massage and go out to dinner with my family for Italian and maybe have some cupcakes and that's it so curious what you do with a funeral for your birthday in your later later years and yeah what are you do to celebrate your birthday

Happy birthday Katie I hope you have a really great day today also for my birthday fun fact me and my boyfriend have the same birthday same day same month same year yeah literally so we use it as a vacation day and then since we are parents now obviously Mother's Day and Father's Day is like our own separate like birthdays but the our actual birthday we celebrate it together

So because we share the same birthday we usually do like vacations or day trips or little road trips we've only been together for like four years so we still have a lot of planning to do and we did have our son in between there so we have ideas but usually we wanna do like a day trip or a vacation just for ourselves

Well that's pretty crazy the same day and year like I wonder if the chances are of that oh that's wild me and my husband are about three weeks apart at both three weeks in two years but we have a lot of birthdays all around the same time but not close enough together that we celebrate like the same day but that sounds really fun I love the idea of doing like vacations and making a trip out of it Fun

Happy early birthday I am so as an adult what I do to celebrate my birthday as kind of just do the regular my parents may or may not like make me a cake sometimes I can't ask if that I'll make my own cake and then like beforehand my husband like take me out to dinner just like me and him well him and I and then my family or it just depends but basically we just got to eat and that's about it

Yeah and that sounds perfect right keep it low-key like part of me I do have friends that go to like Vegas for their birthdays are going like these big trips and I'm like I'm a simple girl I think I love trips and I love all that but like for my birthday especially if it's in the middle of the week let's just have some good dinner that I don't have to cook some type of treat I went and got a massage today and it just sounds perfect and amazing

I am the same age 38 turning 39 in August for the last few of my birthdays it's kind of been a bad run we had Covid in 2020 and my husband was way sicker than me so I was taking care of the family the next year my husband had a diverticulitis flareup and was stuck in bed again taking care of the family and then I'm trying to remember what happened last year but it was some thing and I haven't really gotten to celebrate my birthday in a few

In a few years, so I guess my answer would be as an adult on my birthday, I take care of my family like any other day.

Well happy early birthday to you it's never too early to start planning what you want to do but yeah there's always taken care of the family part but I hope you get a little bit of your time in whether it's that day or some other day just stuff you'll pamper yourself or do whatever makes you feel special

So actually for my birthday last week the maybe like a week or two weeks before my birthday I got my self a birthday gift and other than that I didn't have anything planned but my spouse actually threw me a little barbecue his parents came we had a couple people come and we had some cake and we did gifts and just chill and had a good time

technically I'm not in my later years I guess I mean I just turned 30 so I don't know but I feel like I have a more matured soul and so for my birthday I went to brunch with my girlfriends that weekend before and then on my actual birthday I went to my parents house and had a mini celebration with like my immediate family and then me and my fiance went to dinner so it was simple but very effective.

Yep that sounds wonderful like brunch with a girlfriends one of my closest girlfriends aren't out here in California but that sounds amazing and then spending some time with family and you having dinner with your fiancé sounds wonderful

For me, I just keep it very simple man. I just have my loved ones around me, close people only and just maybe have a dinner Whether it be in the restaurant or have a gathering at home Not but to treat myself. I pray Yeah, get a massage or something yeah it's just good to unwind and relax

There's a very good question you know this year around well usually I have people around me that kind of surprise me or just celebrate and do all the hard work And this This time around Oh gosh some people have a crush on her and this time around it was just like I literally hang out with my brother and she didn't do nothing she didn't even give me a cake

And he didn't really put an effort to like really make my birthday special and this is my first time ever having like a very weird birthday like damn like not even a K not even like like the whole happy birthday song nothing so it was actually very very like oh it was very disappointing and but I'm so glad that that weekend my one of my friends came over and she just went all out for me so I'm glad I have friends that know me and will go all out for me but I was so pissed

Oh I'm sorry you felt like there was not a lot of excitement on your birthday I think we should all be celebrated for being here on this planet and for our 30th birthday so hopefully you celebrated yourself in someway and then other years will be bigger and you'll be like oh this is why it's all balancing out so I hope that you get to celebrate yourself a little bit and happy birthday
