What do you guys listen to when you're at the gym do you guys have a listen to anything I I have a few songs I just keep on repeat and sometimes I just listen to instrumentals to be honest I don't really like listening to download music in and in the gym to be fair I don't like not listening to anything ever be leaving you guys

Okay, to be honest, sometimes I don't listen to anything, but if I am listening to something, especially when I'm doing cardio, I like to put something in Spanish or in English, something that gets me motivated, more like something to make me feel good, So like reggaeton or some type of hip hop or Spanish music.

Depends on the mood like Lidget I have so many different to the 2nd to mix with his mullet hype songs sad songs are gonna be another list would you like a bit songs are at sometime let's listen to new songs all I think there's other other other list and it's just for the songs Angela it really just depends on my mood

Man, as soon as that pre-workout hit, that C4, my body get to tingling, bro. I throw that music on straight aggressive music, gangsta music, rock and roll, all that shit. Then when I hit my cardio, I'll be playing R&B, old school music and stuff like that. You know, that's my vibe.

Honestly, I put it on shuffle and let music play, but usually my playlist is R&B, rap, rock, and pop. And I just let those music play so I don't have to keep going back and forth like changing music while I'm doing workouts. I just let all the music play, so...
