Hey guys what do you think can I still see results from short workout routine because like yesterday I was very tired and I only do like 45 minutes of working or a workout and I don't know that I feel like I didn't do anything

They say technically all you need is a good 20 to 30 minutes of a really good workout To you know, I'm saying to keep yourself healthy and keep yourself in good shape But it's really more so eating habits But I think you know 20 to 20 minute 30 minute workout is good. I say even just stick to an hour you get in, get done with what you need to, and get out.

Hey how are you doing need some certified personal trainer here my question to you would be what type of workouts are you doing and what exactly is your goal if you're just going in there and you're just trying to lift really heavy weights and trying to do really strenuous workouts but your body isn't really at the level where I can do those workouts that may be why you're super Duper tired so what is your routine looking like
