One thing I didn't understand soon enough was how smart and how sensitive and how adult inside my children were. I am afraid I did not give them the credit they deserved and I apologize for that. I loved them so much but didn't realize their early potential.

I totally agree. Kids are so much smarter than we give them credit for.
