I've used it sometimes, especially when I'm doing workouts at home, at the gym, not so much anymore.

I only use them for when I was stretching out my ankle after I bruised it but I don't use them anymore.

It's the best for working out while you're traveling. Super lightweight. You pack it in your air and it actually makes a lot of difference in terms of toning. So I like it.

Ooh, resistant bands don't underestimate them. I found this one guy on YouTube for 25 minutes. It's a full body, it fucking burns. It's a really good, if I have the link, I'll send it to you. It's good, it's good, resistant bands are good.
